Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before scheduling or using our services.

1. About Inspector Pros
Inspector Pros is a licensed home inspection company serving El Paso, TX and Las Cruces, NM. We are licensed under TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) License #25876-PI and #25873-PI and hold New Mexico home inspection licenses HIB-2023-0003 and HIB-2024-0012. Termite/pest inspection services are performed under our sister company Victory Pest Management LLC, TPCL #0961609.
2. Services
Inspector Pros provides residential and commercial property inspection services including but not limited to: buyer's inspections, new construction inspections, pre-listing inspections, termite/WDI inspections, pool and spa inspections, sewer scope inspections, foundation evaluations, commercial inspections, manufactured home foundation inspections, and related services.
All inspections are performed in accordance with applicable TREC Standards of Practice, InterNACHI Standards of Practice, and CCPIA ComSop standards for commercial inspections.
3. Inspection Agreement
Prior to any inspection, clients are required to sign a separate Inspection Agreement which governs the specific terms, scope, and limitations of the inspection service. That agreement, provided at the time of scheduling, takes precedence over these general Terms of Service with respect to the specific inspection performed.
4. Limitations of Inspection
Home inspections are visual, non-invasive examinations of accessible areas of a property. An inspection is not a guarantee, warranty, or certification of the property's condition. Inspector Pros is not liable for:
- Conditions that were not visible or accessible at the time of inspection
- Latent or concealed defects
- Conditions that developed after the inspection date
- Areas explicitly excluded in the Inspection Agreement
5. InterNACHI Buy-Back Guarantee
Buyer's inspections include the InterNACHI Buy-Back Guarantee, which is a program offered by InterNACHI, not Inspector Pros directly. The guarantee is subject to InterNACHI's terms and conditions. Visit nachi.org/buyback.htm for full details.
6. Inspection Warranty
Buyer's inspections include an Inspection Warranty subject to the terms outlined in the Inspection Agreement provided at scheduling. The warranty is administered through a third-party warranty provider and is subject to their terms and conditions.
7. Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking. Inspector Pros accepts major credit cards, cash, and other payment methods as indicated at scheduling. Returned checks or disputed charges may be subject to additional fees.
8. Cancellation Policy
We understand schedules change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your Inspection Agreement.
9. Report Delivery
Inspection reports are delivered digitally within 24 hours of the completed inspection. Reports are provided to the client who contracted the inspection. Sharing of reports with third parties is at the client's discretion.
10. Website Use
The content on inspector-pros.com is provided for informational purposes only. Inspector Pros makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any information on this website. We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time without notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
Inspector Pros' liability for any claim arising from inspection services is limited to the fee paid for the specific inspection in question, as outlined in the signed Inspection Agreement. Inspector Pros is not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in El Paso County, Texas, unless the inspection was performed in New Mexico, in which case New Mexico law applies.
13. Changes to These Terms
Inspector Pros reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
