What a Real Inspector Pros Report Looks Like

Most inspectors find fewer than 15 items. Our reports routinely surface far more — because volume builds pattern recognition, and pattern recognition catches what a less-experienced eye misses.

The Difference

More Inspections = More Pattern Recognition

The industry norm is fewer than 15 inspections per month. At that pace, an inspector can go months without seeing a specific defect pattern. Inspector Pros has completed thousands of inspections — that volume is what separates a thorough report from a signature on a form.

Pro Tip

What to Look For When Comparing Inspection Reports

Item count

A thorough inspector on an average El Paso home should find significantly more than 15 items. If a report has fewer, ask why — not whether the inspector was thorough.

Photo quality

Every defect should have a photo. Vague written descriptions without images leave too much room for misunderstanding during negotiations.

Item count vs. detail

A long report is only useful if each item is clearly described and photographed. Look for reports that explain what was found, where it is, and what to do about it.
