There are two times during a homes construction that inspections are needed.

1. Pre Drywall- this type of inspection is when all the major components have been installed and right before your home begins to get its finishing touches. This is the best time for us to examine everything that would other wise be hidden behind the walls or ceilings.

2. Final Inspection- this type of inspection is done as soon as your builder states the home is ready and right before closing. We will recheck any of the items we can still see from the pre dry wall inspection plus we will check all the finishes of your home.
